Frequently asked questions

Who carries out my blood test?
One of our nursing team will collect your blood test samples, which will then be analysed by our pathology laboratory partner.
How long will it be before I get my results?
Your blood results will vary dependent on the test you choose, however they are typically available within 1-3 days.
How will I get my results?
A copy of your results will be sent to you via your email. You can book to discuss your results with one of our GPs.
Can I speak to anyone about my results?
Yes, you can book in to see our private GPs to discuss your results without long waiting times.
What if my results are abnormal?
If there are any significant abnormalities in your results, one of our team will reach out to you immediately to make sure you can see one of our GPs or your own GP.
Do I need to fast for my blood test?
Fasting is not required for most of our blood tests. However, if your test includes heart health or a testosterone blood test, you will need to fast for 12 hours beforehand. This means avoiding food and drink (except water for that duration).
