Common questions

Can I use my membership for insurance claims?
Your membership and any appointment fees are private and self-pay. We do not bill insurers directly, but we can provide itemised invoices should you wish to claim consultation costs back from your insurer yourself.
How many children can be included on a family plan?
Family membership covers up to two adults and up to three children under 18. Couples and partial families are welcome too. Please mention your family size when applying so we can confirm.
What happens when a child on our family plan turns 18?
When a young person on a family membership reaches 18, we will contact the family to discuss the options. They can continue with their own individual membership, or be seen as a pay-as-you-go patient at our standard self-pay rates.
Can I cancel my membership mid-year?
Membership fees are annual and non-refundable once the membership year has begun. We can discuss exceptional circumstances - please contact our team directly.
Do I need to be registered with HHCC first?
No. You can apply for membership as a new patient - the first consultation will be an extended appointment to take a full medical history, which is included in the membership.
