A written request, every time

When ordering a repeat prescription we require a written request, using our online questionnaire below, in order to ensure accuracy, safety and efficiency. We will provide repeat prescriptions of those medications which you have previously received from us, and for which you have regular annual or other reviews with a Doctor here at Harrow Health Care Centre.

The name of the drug, the dose and how often to take it are marked on the label of your medication. Please tell us the quantity required and the length of time you wish it to cover. Repeat prescriptions may incur a fee - for details please see below.

This facility is typically available only to Members of the Practice. If you would prefer to submit your request another way, please email pharmacy@harrowhealthcare.co.uk or call reception.

Please allow 24 working hours for the form to be processed and your prescription or medication to be available. If you have any additional queries or questions please phone our team on 020 8861 1221.

Complete our secure online questionnaire to request your repeat prescription. It only takes a few minutes, and we'll confirm by email within 24 working hours.

Please have the name, strength and quantity of each medication to hand before you start. Up to 10 items can be requested per submission.

Introducing SignatureRx

We are delighted to offer a service called SignatureRx for receiving your prescriptions, which works as follows:

  • We generate your prescription either in a consultation or as a repeat as normal, and if you wish to use this service, rather than printing it out, signing and sending it by email and post, we send it electronically to SignatureRx.
  • You then receive a text message and an email from SignatureRx with a code and a link you can click if you wish your prescription to be delivered directly to you (in the UK).
  • If you wish your prescription items to be delivered directly to you, click the link in the email, make payment, and the items are usually delivered to your home (or other UK address) the same day or next day with no delivery charge.
  • Alternatively, take the code you received by text and/or email to any pharmacy in the UK, tell them you have a private SignatureRx prescription, give them the code, and they will look up the electronic prescription, dispense your items, and you pay the pharmacy direct.

If you wish to take advantage of this service, which has no additional cost to members, please note this in our online questionnaire above, or let your doctor know during your consultation.

Please note that a fee may apply

  • Scheme 1 and Scheme 2 patients who request a repeat prescription dispensed via SignatureRx, at the Clementine Churchill Pharmacy, or left for collection at HHCC reception will incur no charge.
  • Non-registered patient (NRP) repeat prescriptions are not generally provided, except in certain circumstances when this has been pre-arranged and agreed with the doctor. For that, a professional charge applies.
