Fees & pricing.
Clear, all-inclusive fees for every service. Confirmed at booking, no surprises.
Every fee is published. Where a service involves variables - like travel vaccines - we tell you before any treatment begins.
Simple, upfront fees
We are providing care via face-to-face, video, and telephone consultations for both members and non-members. Consultations are for 15 or 30 minutes and include provision of prescriptions and referrals within that allocated period.
All new patients' first consultation will be a 30-minute standard appointment to ensure sufficient time to take a full medical history. Please note that the cost of some investigations and immunisations may be subject to change - we always confirm prices when you book. A deposit or card details may be required to guarantee your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged at 50% of the fee, and missed appointments without notice at the full fee.
Please check with reception for the latest figures.

How to pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and BACS transfer. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment, and we are happy to provide a fee estimate in writing on request.
We are a private, self-pay practice and do not bill insurers directly. Private care generally works on a pay-as-you-go basis, although some insurers (depending on the policy) may cover private appointments and tests - we provide a fully itemised invoice so you can claim the cost back from your insurer yourself. The one exception is our NATO and US military patients covered by ISOS/TRICARE, who register in advance and, once pre-authorised, are billed directly to ISOS/TRICARE.
