We are still providing care for our members via video consultation and telephone. We are also able to offer video consultations to non-members.

We wish to avoid the need for you to leave your home.

Consultations are for 15 or 30 minutes and will include provision of prescriptions and or referrals within that allocated period.

Please note that when booking a GP, Nurse or Travel Clinic appointment you will be required to leave a deposit or your credit / debit card details to guarantee your appointment.

We regret if we are given less than 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellations a fee may be charged. This is because we will have reserved the doctor or nurse’s time and or vaccines solely for your use.

Please note that patients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their allocated appointment time to complete paperwork.

  • If you have a medical condition (e.g. taking immunosuppressant drugs) that may preclude you from having certain vaccines (i.e. live vaccines such as yellow fever) you must check with the consultant in charge of your condition before booking an appointment.
  • Prices will vary and patients are advised to reconfirm the current fee when booking their appointment.
  • Credit or debit card details are required to guarantee appointments at the time of booking.
  • Please note that patients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their allocated appointment time to complete paperwork. In the interest of patient safety, anyone arriving late or unable to provide their past vaccination history may be asked to rebook.
  • Each person travelling, for whom advice or vaccinations are required, will be booked an individual consultation, whether they are adults or children. Our minimum fee for consultation is £40.00 per person. This fee will be waived where the cost of vaccinations administered to per dose person exceeds this amount. However, prospective patients should be aware this will be the minimum they will be charged if after receiving the nurse’s advice they decide not to have any vaccinations or are administered only one vaccination which costs less than our minimum fee.

Please Note:

  • When you attend for a consultation it is for advice. We may feel that it is inappropriate to carry out a band adjustment on that day for a number of reasons including not having all necessary information about you for example if the band was put in abroad. If that is the case we will help you to understand what you need to do which may mean obtaining further information or having an X-Ray. The consultation will however still be chargeable although we may use our discretion to reduce the cost if not all the booked time has been utilised.
  • We do not offer a first fill service, the first fill should be carried out by the surgeon who installed the band.
  • We do not carry out fills on a Friday or Saturday, but de-fills are available.
  • New patients must bring information about the type of band they have had fitted, any adjustments they have had, and as much other information as possible that they have relating to their band.
  • If you are too tight following a fill (up to 5 days) we will de-fill with no charge.
  • We will agree with you the amount to fill in your consultation, if you later feel insufficient restriction this would be a separate fill.
